12-Week Body Reset

The 12-Week Desk Body Reset is a done-with-you, 1:1 coaching program designed for desk-based professionals who experience daily neck, shoulder, lower-back, or hip pain from long hours of sitting.

This is not a generic exercise program and not a self-paced course.
It is a structured, personalized intervention focused on reducing pain, restoring movement quality, and integrating simple routines into your real workday.

A core objective of the program is to build long-term autonomy: by the end of the 12 weeks, you will understand how to manage your body independently, recognize early warning signs, and know exactly what to do—without needing to rely indefinitely on a personal trainer, physiotherapist, or external fixes.

Over 12 weeks, we work together to identify the root causes of your pain and progressively rebuild how your body handles desk work, training, and daily life.
